Bean Stalk with garlic


 

Ingredients:

 250grams Bean stalk
1/2 chopped onions
3 garlics flakes
Salt to taste
2 table spoon of oil for cooking
 
Steps:1

wash the beans
Cut them into long strips
As thin as you can

Step: 2
Heat a pan
Add a little oil
Let heat for few minutes

Step:3
Add chopped onions, garlic and thyme
Stir for a few seconds, let the colour change
Then add sliced bean stalks

Let cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Stirring several times to avoid sticking
