Omelette Mauricien


Ingredients:



 2 large eggs
1 red or green chilly finely chopped
1/2 medium size onion chopped
A little chopped coriander leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 table spoon of oil for frying

Steps:

Take a bowl
Break the eggs
Add all ingredients
Beat for 3-5 minutes quickly


Heat a frying pan on low flame
Add oil and let heat for 2-3 minutes approximately
Put the batter of egg
Let fry for 5 to 7 minutes, while turning frequently to avoid burning

Ready to eat with any thing of your choice
