Crispy Wings

Ingredients:
6 wings
1 egg
1 table spoon mustard sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon garlic paste
Bread crumbs

Methods:
 Take bowl put the wings in it
Add all ingredients apart from egg and breadcrumbs
Leave to marinate for 1 hour

In a separate bowl beat the egg
Dip one wings in egg batter
Take one by one out
Coat with bread crumbs
After coating, sprinkle more bread crumbs and press on it

Deep fry for 5-10 minutes on low flame
Turn several times to allow cooking
Wait until golden

Serves hot
Serving suggestion: with salad, chips or with dips
