Cheese Farata


 
 
 
 
 

Ingredient

2 cups flour
3/4 cups hot water
2 table spoon oil
1 cup grated cheese
Coriander leaves- optional

Methods
Heat water
Pour flour in a bowl
Add oil
Mix well till you get a smooth dough

Make balls from the dough
With a help of a rolling pin
Flatten the small ball
Add cheese (mix with coriander or any herbs of your choice) in it and close the ends
Sprinkle little flour
And roll again till flat

Heat a pan
Put the farata cheese to cook
Brush it with little oil and turn
Repeat same action
Let change colour a little

Serves hot with cheese spread on it
Or with any curry
