Roasted deer



Ingredient

250 gram deer
1 table spoon soy sauce
1 table spoon oyster sauce
1/2 table spoon garlic paste
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Methods
Finely cut the deer in strip or thin layers
In a bowl put all the ingredients
Add the deer and let marinate for 1hour
Cover it with a tight lid

Then heat a roasting pan or a frying pan on medium flame
Add 1 table spoon of oil let heat a little
Then put the marinade and let for 5 minutes
Then turn it to the other sides
Repeat this action until the deer is cooked and change colour

Remove from heat and ready to serve
 Serving suggestion: with hot potato fries, in brad or serve to your style with some dipping sauce
