Boullion crabe

Crab soup
Serves 3



Ingredients:
 250 gram crabs
3 cups of water
1 medium size onion finely chopped
4 flakes of garlic
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1 green/red chilli
4-5 chopped tomatoes
Thym
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
1 table spoon of oil for cooking

Methods:

Heat a pressure cooker on medium flame
Add oil, let heat for 1-2 minutes
Then add chopped onions, garlic, thym and tomatoes
Fry for 2 minutes
Add the crabs  and stir for another 5 minutes and salt
Pour 3 cups of water and let boil in the marinade for 5 minutes
Finally close the pressure cooker and let for ten minutes
After that add green chilli and sprinkle you coriander leaves

Ready  for soup time
Serve very hot
