Fish Fries

 
 

Ingredients:

 
3 pieces of Fish
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
1 tea spoon of Vinegar
Oil for frying
 
Steps:
Cut and wash fish
In a bowl add fish and all ingredients apart from oil
Mix all of them with your hand
Let for 5 minutes
 
Heat a pan on full flame
After 2 to 3 minutes add oil
Let it heat, until heated
 
 
Lower the heat
Add fish one by one-depending on the size of your pan
Turn the fish occasionally, so that it fries on both sides
Let fry for 5 to 10 minutes until golden
 
NOTE: To avoid fish to stick in the pan put a pinch of salt
 The outer layer will indeed be golden but the fish inside stays smooth
