Tumeric Linguine with minced chicken





Ingredients:


250 gram Boil Linguine-(pasta)
150 gram minced meat-Chicken
2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 medium size onion-finely hopped
1 medium size grated carrot
1 cup of milk
2 table spoon of butter
2 table spoon coriander leaves
1 tea spoon ginger and garlic paste
Salt to taste
Grated cheese for topping

Steps:

Heat a pan on medium flame
Melt butter and add minced meat
Let cook until golden
After 5 to 8 minutes add chopped onions, grated carrots, ginger and garlic paste

Stir till ingredients are well mixed with chicken
Then add a cup of milk and turmeric powder
Leave to cook for 8 minutes on slow flames
Stir occasionally

Finally add the boil linguine
Add coriander leaves and mix together
Top with grated cheese

Serve hot
