Pumpkin curry

Ingredient

500 gram pumpkin
1 large onion finely chopped
3-4 flakes of garlic
5 curry leaves
1 pinch of fenugreek
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
1 dry or green chili
Salt to taste
1 1/2 table spoon oil for cooking
1/4 cup of water


Steps:
Cut pumpkin in small cubes
Heat pan  and add oil
Let heat for few  minutes
Add onions, garlic, curry leaves and stir fry until light golden
Add  pumpkin  and salt
Add water
Let cook until tender
Add chili, mustard  and fenugreek
Let cook until water is dry up

Ready to eat with farata  or roti chaud
