Red dry chili paste with dry prawn

Aunty Roops Style
 

Ingredients

 
200 gram dry red chili
50 gram dry prawns
3 garlic flakes
Salt to taste 3 table spoon
 
Oil for cooking
 
Methods
 
Pour all ingredients in a mixer
Grind until you obtain a homogeneous paste
 
Heat a pan with oil
Add the chili mixture
Let it cook for 10 minutes
Stir constantly
 
Ready to serve with any dish
