Chili Paste

Amam's Style


Ingredient
125 gram chili
3-4 garlic flakes
Salt to taste
1 table spoon of oil for cooking


Methods
In a grinder put the chili and garlic flakes until well crushed
Heat a little oil in a pan
Add chili paste
Let cook while stirring for 5- 8 minutes
Add salt
Leave to cool down


Ready to serve
It can be accompanied with any thing
 Note: while cooking the chili paste do not bent too much on it as you might have a burning sensation
