Simple farata-roti chaud

Ingredients

3 cups flour
1 cup water
1/4 cups oil
Salt to taste

Oil for cooking

Methods
Mix all dry ingredient together
Then add hot water little by little

Leave for 15 minutes
Then make balls out of the soft dough
Sprinkle flour for rolling to be easy
Use a rolling pin and Make nice circle while rolling

Hear a pan
Put the rolled dough on it
Sprinkle oil on it
Turn it and repeat the action

When you see it have change colour
It's ready

Serves hot
Serving suggestion: chutney, curry and butter
