Ingredients
1/4 white cabbage finely cut into long stripes
1/4 red cabbage finely cut into long stripes
1 small beetroot grated
1 small carrot grated
Few English cucumber cuts in circles
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Take a salad bowl and add all grated and cut vegetables
Mix altogether
Pour 1/2 cup yogurt and salt and pepper
You can also dress it on a lettuce leaf
Ready to serve cold
