Egg Roast

Ingredients:



 2 Hard boil eggs
1/4 Tea spoon powdered gloves
1 Small piece of cinnamon
1 Table spoon oyster sauce
6 Table spoon black soya sauce
1/4 Glass of water
1 Table spoon of oil for roasting

Steps:

Boil the eggs and leave aside for ten minutes
In a frying pan add a little 1table spoon oil
Let heat for one minutes in low flame


 Add all ingredients one by one to the pan

Stir for one to two minutes
Until you see bubbles in the mixture

  Then add boil egg and mix well with the saucy mixture
Stir for 5 to 10 minutes while turning the eggs every time.
 Remove from pan and leave to cool down


Note:
It will be ready as soon as the sauce level decrease and the eggs colour changes into golden tone.
Serve cold with any sauce of your choice.
Do not add salt as the sauces in the mixture is salty........................
